Bethany’s love for the arts began at a young age, spending over a decade training in competitive dance while also exploring musical theatre, singing, and storytelling. As she grew, the arts became more than performances—they became tools that shaped her confidence, leadership, and sense of purpose.

Alongside dance, Bethany discovered a passion for writing, eventually authoring three books across fantasy, mystery, and thriller. Her ability to blend creativity with discipline continued to strengthen as she taught dance and music to underprivileged children, where she saw firsthand how artistic expression could change a child’s life.

Now a junior at Valley Christian High School and Vice President of the Vietnamese Student Union, Bethany brings her experience, heart, and leadership to Seeds of Expression. Her goal is simple: to help young people discover their voice, build confidence, and use creative expression to step boldly into their futures.

Braelyn has been dancing for 14 years, with 11 years of competitive experience. She currently trains at Nor Cal Dance Arts in ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap, musical theatre, and hip-hop. Among her most cherished achievements are being a 3x National Dance Champion and earning a gold medal at the Tap Dance Olympics.

Throughout her journey, Braelyn has grown not only as a dancer but also as a leader. From mentoring younger teammates to setting the tone in rehearsals, she’s learned how to guide others with patience, encouragement, and positivity. These experiences have shaped her passion for helping kids discover their own confidence through movement.

Dance has been a defining part of her life, and she is deeply grateful for every opportunity and lesson it has brought. That gratitude fuels her commitment to giving back, ensuring that children of all backgrounds can feel supported, empowered, and inspired to express themselves through dance, just as she did.
